Athletes

Your performance
is already there.
What matters is
whether you can access it
under pressure.

Mental Performance Under Pressure for ambitious athletes aged 10 and above. A system for focus, routines, reset, concentration stability and self-regulation.

Performance Reality
Training ≠ Competition
Performance is there in training.
Pressure rises.
A mistake changes the rhythm.
Focus breaks.
Performance becomes less accessible.
The Performance Gap

You can do it
in training.
Under pressure,
the question is
whether you deliver it.

Athletic ability does not suddenly disappear. Access to it can. Nerves, mistakes, expectations, results pressure or one bad moment can shift focus and self-regulation.

That is where the work begins: not with technique or tactics, but with whether existing performance remains available in real pressure situations.

The objective is not an athlete without pressure. The objective is an athlete who remains capable under pressure.

The System

One program.
Multiple performance areas.
One objective.

Focus, competition preparation, nerves, reset, concentration and self-regulation are not six separate products. They belong to one Mental Performance system.

Focus

Keep attention where it creates performance – especially when pressure, distraction or expectation increases.

Competition Preparation

Build personal routines that create orientation and stop performance from being left to chance.

Pressure & Nerves

Pressure is not talked away. The objective is to remain capable of acting and performing inside it.

Reset

Return to the task faster after mistakes, setbacks or difficult moments.

Concentration Stability

Keep performance available not only for isolated moments, but across longer phases of competition and load.

Self-Regulation

Control decisions, reactions and behavior even when emotion and pressure increase.

Performance Units

Four places.
Different sports.
One shared
performance logic.

Different sports create different pressure realities. Those perspectives are precisely what make a cross-sport Unit valuable.

The shared mental challenge is viewed through different sporting realities. The transfer then happens individually into each athlete's own sport.

Three to a maximum of four athletes.
Minors and adults are not mixed.
Sport is not the primary assignment criterion.
Transfer always happens into the individual sporting reality.
Who It Is For

Not only youth.
Not only professionals.
Athletes with an objective.

Ages 10–13

Young Performance

For young athletes who train regularly and already compete in matches or competitions. With very young participants, we assess especially carefully whether the format and working approach are appropriate.

Ages 14–17

Next Level Performance

For ambitious young athletes who want to stabilize their ability to perform as sporting pressure increases.

Age 18+

Adult Performance

For adult athletes in performance sport, competition and ambitious amateur sport. Performance Units are explicitly open to adults.

For minors, contact and contractual communication run through a parent or legal guardian. One principle remains decisive: the athlete must want to participate.

Formats

One system.
Three paths.
Based on need.

The appropriate format is determined by the current situation, objective and required intensity – not by a price list.

Small Group

Performance Unit

Three to a maximum of four athletes. Cross-sport, personally led and built around individual transfer into each athlete's own sport.

Unit + 1:1

Hybrid Performance

The dynamics of a Performance Unit combined with additional individual sessions for personal issues and targeted transfer.

Individual

Private Performance Mandate

The fully personal format for athletes who want to work on their Mental Performance exclusively in a direct 1:1 mandate.

Process

No instant purchase.
Fit first.
Then start.

01

Request a Place

Parents of minor athletes or adult athletes send a short inquiry including sport, current situation and performance objective.

02

Assess Fit

We determine whether the coaching, working approach and format fit the situation, age, motivation and concrete objective.

03

Assign the Format

Performance Unit, Hybrid Performance or Private Performance Mandate are selected according to actual need – not convenience.

04

Start with Commitment

A binding collaboration begins only after assessment and assignment. No instant purchase and no automatic admission.

Working Approach

Personally led.
No course factory.

The work is personally led by Benjamin Rudolph. Performance Units remain deliberately small, and individual formats remain individual.

Sport-specific training stays with the coach, club and existing performance environment. Mental Performance adds another layer where performance has to remain available under pressure.

No devaluation of the coach. No competition with the club. An additional performance layer.

Boundary

Mental Performance.
Not a second
training world.

No technical training.
No tactical training.
No athletic conditioning.
No football or ice hockey academy.
No therapy.
No treatment of mental health conditions.

This offer is not intended for the diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions. Where therapeutic or clinical support is indicated, this coaching format is not the appropriate framework.

FAQ

What should be clear
before requesting
a place.

Do all athletes in a Unit need to compete in the same sport?

No. The Units are deliberately cross-sport. Different perspectives on pressure, mistakes and competition routines are part of the methodology.

Can adults join a Performance Unit?

Yes. Adult Performance is a dedicated category. Adults are not placed in the same Unit as minors.

Does my child already need to be in an academy or elite squad?

No. What matters is regular training, participation in competition, a concrete performance objective and the willingness to actively work on implementation.

Do parents participate in the coaching?

The coaching itself is directed at the athlete. For minors, parents are the contact and contractual partners and are involved where it is organizationally or practically useful.

Can I book a place immediately?

No. The first step is an inquiry. We then assess the current situation, objective, motivation and fit with the appropriate format.

Next Step

Your performance
is already there.
Now it is about
accessing it.

The first step is not a purchase. We assess the objective, current situation and fit.
